Providing 1st and 2nd Level Support to the staff in the whole office. Servers Deployment (2008 R2, 2012) and their configurations. Also including Operations, Monitoring and Maintenance. PABX maintenance & monitoring. Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Network Printer and Scanner, VMWare and ISA Server Deployment and Maintenance. To provide Remote Assistance, Remote Desktop Connection and VPN facility Configuration and Troubleshooting to the users.

Ticket logging system, resolving issues. Escalate issues to other teams and vendors and take strong follow-ups for resolving issues. Using Data Recovery tools, retrieve the lost data.
