1C Developer (ERP & Document Management) | Remote Position
As a 1C Developer, you'll spearhead the continuous evolution of our enterprise resource planning and document management ecosystems. You'll collaborate across departments to automate mission-critical business processes and ensure our 1C-based solutions remain perfectly aligned with our expanding international logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and implement new functionality within our 1C:ERP 8.3 environment.
- Tailor standard configurations to address unique business requirements.
- Refactor existing codebase for superior performance and stability.
- Resolve complex technical challenges with innovative solutions
- Develop robust integrations between 1C and external systems via REST API interfaces and web services.
- Establish reliable data exchange mechanisms between 1C:ERP and 1C:Document Management.
- Implement enterprise-grade authentication and data transfer protocols.
- Design comprehensive API endpoints for third-party system integration.
- Evaluate current workflows to uncover automation opportunities.
- Develop sophisticated solutions for logistics, accounting, and operational processes.
- Configure advanced reporting tools for actionable business intelligence.
- Implement rigorous data validation and quality control mechanisms.
- Provide expert technical support for existing 1C-based corporate systems.
- Execute regular security updates and performance optimizations.
- Create detailed documentation for system architecture and custom solutions.
- Mentor junior developers on 1C best practices and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with the 1C:Enterprise platform (version 8.3+).
- Demonstrated expertise with 1C:ERP 2.5 (or newer) and 1C:ZUP 3.1 (or newer).
- Proven track record migrating to 1C:ERP from other configurations or implementing 1C:ERP from scratch.
- Advanced proficiency in 1C programming language and query language.
- Substantial experience with 1C:Document Management 2.1 or newer.
- Comprehensive knowledge of integration technologies: REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML.
- Exceptional ability to analyze, understand, and optimize legacy codebases.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong documentation practices and technical communication skills.
- Business-level English proficiency; Russian language skills are advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Certified 1C:Professional or 1C:Expert credentials.
- Experience applying 1C solutions in the transport and logistics sector.
- Knowledge of regulated accounting systems and IFRS implementation in 1C.
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis modules.
- Proficiency with Automated Control Systems (ACS).
- Hands-on experience with Business Server Pages (BSP) technology.
- Understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence principles.
- Experience with Git or other modern version control systems.
- Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment architectures for 1C solutions.
