Its founder Vasily Voropaev previously launched the remote work project which at the beginning of the 2000s turned into the first active community of freelancers.
Our team has 20 years of experience in hiring and managing remote professionals. Currently, we are focused on the B2B segment, mostly collaborating with companies from the USA, Europe and the United Arab Emirates.

Typically, the specialist undergoes a three-stage scoring process before working on any order:
Closed registration in our catalogue
The first stage consists of scrutinizing the specialist’s CV, portfolio, quality of work, followed by a detailed interview process, at the time the specialist applies to join our exclusive team of established professionals
Selection for a specific customer request
The second stage consists of evaluating the relevancy of the candidate’s qualifications and an internal interview with our managers, when we are looking for the ideal match for a specific customer's request
Evaluation by the customer, interviews and tests
The third stage takes place when the customer determines the need to perform test tasks and the number of interviews in order to make a decision as to whether this is the right candidate
