Key Responsibilities - Orchestrate the complete product development lifecycle—from concept ideation through market validation to commercial launch. - Implement contemporary product management methodologies including Agile frameworks, Lean principles, and Design Thinking approaches. - Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis of B2B marketplace solutions both domestically and globally. - Formulate a compelling product vision with corresponding 2-year strategic roadmap. - Design and validate scalable monetization models tailored to industrial procurement dynamics. - Define the technological architecture and select appropriate stack components to ensure platform scalability - Establish systematic customer development processes to uncover unmet needs and growth opportunities - Develop and refine a distinctive sales methodology and value proposition for enterprise clients - Secure and manage strategic pilot implementations with leading industrial organizations - Implement robust analytics frameworks to capture actionable insights and validate core hypotheses. - Identify sustainable competitive advantages and market differentiation strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution. - Present platform capabilities to stakeholders, investors, and prospective enterprise clients. - Demonstrated expertise in B2B product management, specifically in marketplace or procurement platforms (5+ years minimum). - Verifiable track record of successful product launches and implementations within enterprise environments. - Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies driving measurable business outcomes. - Comprehensive understanding of industrial procurement workflows and organizational buying processes. - Experience with two-sided marketplace dynamics and platform business models. - Proficiency with contemporary product management tools including Jira, Aha!, Productboard, or similar platforms. - Data-driven decision-making approach with strong analytical capabilities. - Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and executive presentations. - Basic English proficiency for international collaboration. - Higher education qualification (strongly preferred). - Commitment to long-term partnership (3-4 years minimum).
