About The Role

As the Product Analytics Team Lead, you'll oversee a dedicated team of specialists who extract meaningful insights from our vast data repositories. You'll establish analytical frameworks, implement best practices, and ensure data-driven approaches permeate throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 3+ product analysts, fostering professional growth and maintaining high-quality analytical outputs.

- Design and implement sophisticated data pipelines utilizing Python 3.11+, SQL, and Apache Airflow 2.7+.

- Develop comprehensive dashboards and visualization solutions in Tableau Desktop/Server 2023.1+.

- Establish rigorous methodologies for A/B testing and multivariate experiments across product features.

- Interpret complex statistical results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product managers to define relevant metrics and KPIs that align with business objectives.

- Optimize data collection strategies and ensure analytical integrity across platforms.

- Present analytical findings to executive leadership in clear, compelling formats.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the analytics workflow.


Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of professional experience in product analytics or related data-focused roles.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing analytics teams of 3 or more professionals.

- Advanced proficiency in Python programming, including data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib).

- Expert-level SQL knowledge with experience optimizing complex queries across large datasets.

- Demonstrated expertise with Tableau, including dashboard creation, calculated fields, and parameter controls.

- Practical knowledge of Apache Airflow for orchestrating data workflows and ETL processes.

- Strong statistical foundation with thorough understanding of hypothesis testing, statistical significance, and p-values.

- Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations.


Nice to Have

- Experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services.

- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their practical applications.

- Background in product management or product development.

- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development practices.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
