Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated expertise in financial services or complex web applications.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (2023+ features) for creating high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and comprehensive design systems.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite CC 2024 applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
- Demonstrated experience setting up and analyzing unmoderated user testing through platforms like Hotjar, UserTesting, or similar tools.
- Fundamental understanding of front-end development principles including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript basics.
- Proven ability to design responsive interfaces that function seamlessly across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Exceptional information architecture skills with the ability to simplify complex financial workflows.
- Outstanding communication skills with the capacity to present and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing design projects in fast-paced environments, preferably in startup settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
