My role was to gather requirements, to coordinate with internal stakeholders, to manage developing process. 1) I launched the sale of electronic insurance policies. The sales from the website brought 120 million rubles in profit per year. The launch included acquiring, PCI DSS certification, signing the policy with EDS; 2) I launched insurance sales using the white label model;

Insurance REST API implementation

I launched sales of an inability to attend an event insurance product in conjunction with Crocus City Hall. My role was: to build and describe the process of selling insurance, to coordinate it with CSH IT department and to manage developing process to run it.

Building cross-regional microservice architecture

At Twill, in addition to managing the development of microservices, I was involved in designing the transition from regional subdomains to a single domain. The challenge was that the databases with user data were located in different Amazon AWS regional instances. This involved analyzing and documenting current processes and data-flow, describing and coordinating the migration process with company departments (platform engineering, product, legal, compliance).
