As a configuration engineer I worked to set up an ALM infrastructure for the company developing medical software. In a team consisting of two persons we installed, configured and maintained several integrated ALM software tools for 50 users. The role expected a deep knowledge of the company’s development processes and project structure, highest communication skills, expertise in administering of ALM software under Linux and Windows, experience of working with databases. I also helped our developers and managers to get along with our ALM tools and methodologies by writing instructions, training materials and conducting training sessions. As a QA Engineer I worked as a member of a scrum team, where I planned and conducted test phases for the developed medical software. I worked close with product owners and requirement engineers to clarify and document requirements. I was also responsible for keeping track of stories, developed in my team, so that the work was done on time. The working language was German.

I started as an associate consultant in the company. Where I was trained the required technical and business skills to successfully deploy ALM and PLM software of our vendor. After 6 months I moved forward to proceed as a consultant at the main IT office of IKEA based in Sweden. I worked in a scrum team analyzing requirements, making technical configurations and testing our software as well as planning the test phases and coordinating the remote test team. I created training materials for train the trainer sessions. The position assumed 80% of travel time. The working language was English.
