Roke.to is a DeFi tool facilitating B2B transactions and utility token boost. As a marketing manager, I determined which events presented the best opportunity to achieve company objectives, planned Roketo's on-site and offsite presence, and delivered reporting on event results and ROI. I built a content strategy for the blog, social media, and third-party placements. A big part of my job was identifying influencers, key DeFi communities, and companies to leverage partnership marketing channels.

Running Remote is a Montreal-based world's largest remote work conference. As part of the small team, I was fully engaged in the management and execution of multiple hybrid 1st-party and partner events during the year. As a Head of Partnerships & Content, my primary responsibility was to identify strategic marketing partnerships, scale partner marketing programs, and measure their impact. I created new partner activities such as webinars, online events, customer-led events, and AMA sessions and owned end-to-end event organization: pre-planning through execution through ROI reporting. An important part of my job was the sponsor success: I onboarded event sponsors, ensured they achieve their goals, and delivered detailed reporting on event results and their ROI. I created a content strategy for all customer journey stages (web, blog, social media, email.) I led a team of freelance copywriters from brief creation to providing feedback and final editing.

Wrike is an all-in-one platform to manage projects, organize work, enhance collaboration and accelerate execution across all departments. During 7 years at Wrike, I changed several job roles within the marketing team. Content marketing: I created and executed the content strategy for the blog, social media, and emails. I worked towards increasing the main KPIs such as audience growth, conversion, and engagement at all stages of the customer journey. Product marketing: I was part of the cross-functional mobile app team supporting them with market & competitor research, onboarding and sales marketing materials. I supported product launches from building a marketing plan to executing to delivering key metrics and ROI to the product owner. Regional field marketing: I was in charge of growing the Wrike brand and revenue in Russia and Russian-speaking regions.
