Project: Landing pages management tool. Client: European Investment Company Intro: Design of a solution for the company marketing department. Description: A large investment company is faced with the problem of using a third-party service to create, host and manage landing pages. The task was to find a solution with which it would be possible to significantly improve the complex and confusing current process of creating, posting, tracking statistics and managing the number of created (and future) landing pages of companies. We found out that the main idea is to work with metrics, so one of the tasks was to determine the number of metrics required, their performance and a set of configuration tools. Results: During the solution design we had felicitate the main pain and problem if the customer, identified 3 ways to solve the customer's problems with metrics, pros&cons of which way and lan of implementation (user journey map, list with high described epics, total cost and time of development).

Project: Travel Management Application Customer: European investment company. Intro: Design of a solution for the company travel department, travel expertise. Description: A large investment company faced the problem of workload of the business trips department, due to the growth of the company, the department, consisting of 2 people, faced difficulties in manual processing of requests for business trips. The essence of the project was to relieve the holding division responsible for business trips by creating an internal Slack application for booking air tickets and accommodation for all divisions and holding employees, which also includes the process of approving/rejecting business trips. For the tourist department itself, it was decided to create a back-office for tracking and managing trips, maintaining reports and statistics. Results: With my contribution, we were able to unload the travel department by automating the process of ticket searching and reservation.

Project: Increase in the cost of development with a drop in quality. Customer: American-Israeli product company, e-commerce domain. Intro: Design of a new development process solution for a product company. Description: A large product company faced the problem of long delivery of features and a lack of understanding of the work of individual parts of the product. The goal of this project was to identify "bottlenecks" in the development process, find a solution, and implement it. The main problem was an outdated development process: the lack of clear documentation, misunderstandings between product managers and the development team, etc. Results: As a result of discovery case the new solution design was created. The new solution increased the time for preparing requirements before entering development, but reduced the time of development itself, it became possible to estimate the development time, reduced the number of bugs at the output.
