Responsibilities: 1. Negotiations with Oracle CIS Partner department (Moscow) and Oracle Partner Business Center (Romania). 2. Maintenance of document management regarding partnership agreements. 3. Maintenance of financial records and cash inflow in regard to partnership fees. 4. Annual renewal of partner registration. 5. Supporting partners in the process of achieving specializations. 6. Planning, arrangement and monitoring effective work with Oracle partners. 7. Drafting and constant updating of the partner database, maintenance of partner profiles. 8. Collection of marketing information on the partner consumer preferences and their motives for making orders. 9. Recoding of partner complaints and suggestions and developing on the basis of the abovementioned proposals and recommendations for further actions. 10. Consulting partners on Oracle Partner Policy. 11. Organization of training seminars and partner conferences. 12. Mailing to partners invitations and greetings. 13. Ordering of vouchers for Oracle certification exams. 14. Ordering of an access to the technical support portal for partners. 15. Ordering recommendation and authorization letters for partners. 16. Consulting partners on the question of Oracle training courses. 17. Negotiations with Oracle CIS Education department. 18. Making training plans. 19. Maintenance of document management regarding Oracle training between the Training Centre and Oracle CIS Education department. 20. Maintenance of document management regarding training courses between the Training Centre and customers. 21. Organizing the process of instructors’ certification. 22. Ordering textbooks for teaching on the Oracle training portal. 23. Maintenance of financial records and cash inflow in regard to training courses. 24. Translation from English into Russian. 25. Making reports regarding training courses and Oracle partnership program.

Responsibilities: 1. Technical translation from English into Russian. 2. Supervision of partnership programs with Oracle, Microsoft, etc. 3. Organization of marketing activities. 4. Maintenance of document management regarding marketing activities. 5. Development of marketing brochures. 6. Development of marketing plans. 7. Content filling of the company's site.
