Managing full scope of IT projects for IPSEN in Russia - CRM, ERP, SAP Ariba, integration systems, etc - roll-up for new legal entity. Had created projects roadmap and control all projet's tasks. Project's scope included Serialization (based on SAP ERP). Had acted as an delivering and escalation point for projects; Perform all presentation and reporting for Steering comittee. Manage team including internal staff and outsourcers - tasks, timeline, budget (costs, PnL, etc.), recourses, troubleshooting. 6 projects was delivered in time (HR , accounting, logistics systems, new document management system and infrastructure changes & SLA requirements)

Haier (Russian branch)

Managing all types of IT activities for Haier Russia - operates like IT Business Partner for Russian branch of international company. Full scope of IT projects - infrastructure, ERP (SAP), e-commerce, mobile, including cloud resourses for company needs. Manage IT team (including outstaffing) Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Alignment user needs and system functionality to contribute organizational policy. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. Participated in all marketing internet activities

Komus on-line shop

Analyse different tasks and manage different type of project, including search engine for on-line shop, full integration to create high-load on-line shop. Implementation new CRM and ERP system (SAP), new platform for on-line shop.
