ERP Application Developer/Administrator Role purpose Designed, implemented, and maintained the company’s ERP system, supporting core business operations across retail brands. Migrated legacy ERP to a cloud-based SaaS platform, ensuring scalability and performance. Developed and supported internal polling systems, business intelligence dashboards, and data models. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ingest, process, and visualise data, while providing training and documentation to end users. Responsibilities include Designing, Coding, Implementation and Maintaining of the company’s ERP including back-up, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring critical events and documentation. The ERP’s core system is written with Genero and the IBM® Informix® database, running on the Red Hat® Linux® operating system. Migrated the company’s ERP to into a Software-as-a-Service with Genero Cloud since January 2018. Provide third level application support assisting with the diagnosis and resolution of escalated ERP related incidents and requests. Designing, Coding, Implementation and Maintaining of the company’s Polling system.
