Main responsibilities: -Managing a group of remote testers. -Development of test plans, test scenarios and test cases. -Analysis of business requirements, development of technical documentation. -Internal communication with other QA teams. -External communication with foreign customers. -Smoke, functional and regression testing. -Front end and Back-end software testing. -e2e testing. -QA reports and metrics. -Bug reporting and tracking. -Preparation and adjustment of test environments (QA, SIT and PPD). -Simultaneous work in multiple projects. -Embedding of agile-testing. -Mentoring new team members. Main achievements: -Using Agile/Scrum methodologies in a daily QA practice. -Acquiring experience in Lucidchart diagrams. -Experience in new Wiley’s projects: JQA, QA Gateway, JPCMS, JIP, Author Services, WALS, Funder Dashboard, Funder Services, EOO_Link, WPA, CMH and XDPS. -Improved knowledge of entire content flow. -The use of acquired knowledge and experience made it possible to optimize the required test iterations and as a result reduce the total time for testing and improve the quality of the released products.

The result is many successful releases of the products Scala_5.1, IScala_2.1-2.3. -Participation in projects for customization functionality iScala_2.x for large Russian customers (LenGazSpetsStroy, GazPromAvia, SoyuzBaltKomplekt, Rostov Cellular Communications). The result is implementation of customized functionality and successful releases of new developed products.
