Senior Crypto Marketing Manager | Remote | Performance Marketing

Our established EU and Swiss-based FinTech platform seeks a seasoned Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition through performance marketing channels. As part of our global marketing team, you will spearhead affiliate and performance marketing initiatives for our comprehensive crypto platform specializing in crypto-backed lending, conversions, and crypto accounts generating rewards. Key Responsibilities - Research, identify, and establish strategic partnerships with high-performing advertising networks and traffic sources for diverse online campaigns. - Develop and implement acquisition strategies across multiple channels utilizing various models (CPA, CPI, CPC, CPM) to maximize ROI. - Build and maintain productive long-term relationships with advertising partners, ensuring consistent communication and performance monitoring. - Plan, configure, and optimize mobile and web advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and traffic sources. - Implement robust tracking systems to monitor key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness. - Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and adjust strategies for maximum performance. - Collaborate closely with the Front-end team to develop compelling creatives that drive conversion rates. - Work in tandem with the Paid Acquisition team to scale successful campaigns across new geographical markets. - Continuously test new traffic sources, ad formats, and targeting approaches to improve acquisition metrics. - Focus on acquiring high-quality leads while maintaining cost-efficiency within established benchmarks. Required Skills - Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager, Traffic Manager, or Performance Marketing Specialist, preferably in the cryptocurrency, financial services, or similar high-conversion industries. - Demonstrated expertise in performance-based marketing principles and digital customer acquisition strategies. - Proficiency in campaign optimization techniques with the ability to identify effective combinations of targeting parameters, creative assets, and cost structures. - Experience working with multiple ad networks and traffic sources simultaneously. - Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities. - Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics platforms, trackers, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Voluum. - Hands-on experience with campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance analysis. - Excellent understanding of marketing attribution models and conversion tracking. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding customer acquisition targets. - Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with excellent communication skills. Nice to Have - Previous experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, gaming, gambling, or financial services marketing. - Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and DeFi principles. - Experience with global marketing campaigns across multiple regions. - Knowledge of regulatory considerations in crypto marketing. - Familiarity with creative optimization techniques for digital advertising. - Experience with multiple traffic acquisition channels (social media, search, display, native). - Understanding of user journey analytics and conversion rate optimization.
