Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for complex software systems and integrations, ensuring clarity and accuracy for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for documentation purposes.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, process workflows, and technical specifications using Confluence and MS Word.
- Document API integrations, system architecture, and data flows between internal and external systems.
- Work within Agile methodology to align documentation deliverables with sprint cycles and product releases.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation accessible to both technical and non-technical users.
- Establish and enforce documentation standards and best practices across the organization.
- Track documentation tasks and progress using Jira and other project management tools.
- Perform gap analysis between existing documentation and actual system functionality.
- Review and edit documentation produced by technical teams to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate on creating visual aids, diagrams, and process flows to enhance written documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical writing or business analysis within commercial software development environments.
- Advanced proficiency with documentation tools including Confluence and MS Word.
- Demonstrable experience working in Agile development environments and understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience using Jira for project management, task tracking, and collaboration.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, Information Technology, or related field.
- Upper-intermediate English language proficiency (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience documenting complex technical systems, APIs, or software integrations.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Capacity to research and learn new software systems with minimal formal training.

- Experience with logistics, supply chain, or transportation software systems.
- Knowledge of UML or other diagramming techniques for technical documentation.
