Recruitment, translation and localization company, provides business support services to companies looking to expand their operations is looking for a specialist on the position - ServiceNow solutioning Expert.


Responsibilities:

·   Experience in ServiceNow ITSM /Asset management

·   Responsible for interacting with the customer for requirement gathering

·   Work with HCL global ServiceNow solution/Delivery team and explain the requirements.

·   Responsible for customer discussion and presentation of solution

·   Responsible for global and local Servicenow ITSM/Asset management implementation and management.

·   Documentation of solution, Pre and Post implementation documents including basic translation, Proof read etc…

·   Work with project manager

·   Work with multiple customers on shared model based on the time availability.

·   Work with Customer 3rd party partners to ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and 3rd party systems.


Requirements:

·    10+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow ITSM /Asset management

·    ServiceNow implementation experience in Japan.

·    Good understanding about ITSM process, Asset life cycle management , Asset discovery etc..

·   Integration expertise with tools like MCEM, UEM etc is desirable.

·    Bilingual in Japanese and English (Business level).

·   Working in large ServiceNow projects in Japan.

Location: Tokyo.

Work format:  Hybrid/remote working.

During project interaction and presentation - site visit would be required.
