Machine Learning: Trained a set of Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) models for sentiment analysis. Data Set Construction: Employed distant supervision to collect training, test and validation data sets. That included a large training data set of 627,065 annotated tweets.

IT Assistance: Provided technical assistance to all departments of the company, administered ERP software and Windows servers, supported staff in their use of specialized systems, answered and transferred phone calls, operated essential office machinery including printers and copiers, troubleshooted and installed both hardware and software, developed a dashboard of company products to facilitate sales presentation, monitored network status on a daily basis, kept the storage room organized, ensured having storage up to date, and inventoried computer essentials.
