Key Responsibilities - Coach multiple Agile teams in methodology implementation, refinement, and continuous improvement. - Design and execute strategies to integrate and scale Agile methodologies enterprise-wide. - Develop comprehensive standards, metrics, and requirements for Agile processes. - Provide targeted training to employees at all levels on Agile principles and practices. - Support teams in effectively utilizing Agile tools and software platforms. - Actively participate in and enhance Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. - Identify organizational impediments and collaborate with leadership to remove barriers. - Measure and report on Agile maturity and effectiveness across teams. - Mentor emerging Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners. - Facilitate organizational change management to support Agile transformation.
