Functional Consultant (ITSM)

Digital solutions company with headquarters in Austin, Texas is looking for Functional Consultant (ITSM).

Level: Senior

Short-term assignment for 4 months.

Work format: Full time.

Start date: First week of June.

Location: Anywhere, as long the candidate has the right to travel 1-2 times to the UK (no visa support).

Requirements:

• Experienced in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering IT services using the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices, with ITIL certification preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within a service delivery environment.
