An international innovative company specializing in the development and production of high-tech equipment for the automation of medical laboratory research invites an experienced System Administrator to join its team. Our company is a recognized leader in the IVD (in vitro diagnostics) market and supplies advanced equipment for clinical laboratory diagnostics to medical institutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive administration and support of the company's corporate network, including configuration of active equipment and routing.
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of all computer and organizational equipment (servers, workstations, peripheral equipment).
- Development and implementation of information security policies in accordance with modern standards and regulatory requirements.
- Administration, optimization, and backup of 1C-based systems (Accounting, ERP, Document Management).
- Diagnosis and prompt troubleshooting of PCs, office equipment, and network hardware.
- Monitoring IT infrastructure performance and proactively identifying potential problems.
- Development and implementation of projects for modernization and scaling of corporate network infrastructure.
- Restoration of local network functionality during failures or network equipment malfunctions.
- Technical justification, selection, and procurement of computer components and peripheral devices.
- Installation, configuration, and optimization of operating systems on servers and workstations.
- Creation of comprehensive documentation on information security and regulations for working with software.
- Technical support and consultation for company employees on the use of IT resources.
- Conducting introductory briefings and training for new users of corporate information systems.
- Collection and analysis of statistical data on IT infrastructure performance, preparation of regular reports for management.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Higher technical education (information technology, computer science, telecommunications).
- Proven experience as a system administrator for at least 3 years.
- Experience with virtualization based on VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
- Confident understanding of network protocol principles (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, SMTP).
- Practical skills in building secure computer networks and VPN tunnels.
- Experience in administering 1C systems and MS SQL Server databases.
- Knowledge of information security fundamentals and experience implementing relevant policies.
- Skills in working with Cisco, HP, or similar network equipment.
- Experience in documenting IT processes and creating technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of English at a technical level (will be an advantage).
Have a Nice
- Experience in configuring and administering backup systems (Veeam, Acronis).
- Knowledge of scripting and automation fundamentals (PowerShell, Bash).
- Practical experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG).
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD.
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or similar certifications.
