In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your multilingual capabilities and HR expertise to foster positive employee experiences while ensuring compliance with diverse regional regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate comprehensive HR operations, expertly implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Execute accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, navigating international payment systems while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

- Shepherd employees through all stages of the employment lifecycle—from sophisticated onboarding protocols to thoughtful offboarding procedures—creating consistently positive employee experiences.

- Conceptualize and implement global HR initiatives that meaningfully enhance employee engagement across diverse countries and cultures.

- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to team members at all organizational levels, providing expert guidance on complex workplace matters.

- Maintain vigilant awareness of employment laws in the Netherlands and internationally, ensuring organizational compliance across all operations.

- Coordinate effectively with external HR contractors and service providers to optimize HR service delivery and operational excellence.

- Manage meticulous HR documentation and confidential employee records in advanced HRIS systems, guaranteeing data integrity and security.

- Support strategic talent acquisition by coordinating interview processes, preparing professional documentation, and enhancing candidate experiences.

- Facilitate performance management processes, including coordinating structured reviews and maintaining precise evaluation records.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of progressive HR experience specifically within the Netherlands, including demonstrated knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field of study.

- Fluent professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English—with exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities in all three languages.

- Exceptional problem-solving aptitude and resourcefulness when addressing complex HR challenges across different cultural contexts.

- Advanced critical thinking skills with the analytical capacity to interpret nuanced HR data and provide strategic insights.

- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing professional relationships across all organizational levels and geographic boundaries.

- Superior organizational capabilities with proven ability to prioritize competing tasks in fast-paced, demanding environments.

- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors) and comprehensive payroll systems.

- Sophisticated understanding of international HR practices with developed cross-cultural sensitivity.
