We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to strengthen the foundation of a digital health platform focused on daily health monitoring and data reliability.
In this role, you’ll assess and refine our data storage architecture, drive infrastructure improvements, and lead the process of migrating servers to a new provider—ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities
- You’ll work cross-functionally with development and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and performance across storage systems.
- Evaluate and validate the architecture of the current data storage structure.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in how health data is stored, processed, or accessed.
- Document clear technical specifications and RFPs for new server providers.
- Lead or support the planning and execution of server migration initiatives.
- Guarantee zero data loss and downtime during infrastructure transitions.
- Translate complex infrastructure and DevOps strategies into clear, non-technical language for decision-makers.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Systems Architect.
- Deep understanding of data storage architecture, reliability, and scaling.
- Expertise in server migration, cloud-to-cloud or on-prem to cloud.
- Familiarity with designing and maintaining backup and recovery strategies.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, Hetzner).
- Ability to write and interpret technical documentation such as RFPs, migration plans, and architectural diagrams.
- Strong communication skills; capable of simplifying technical subjects for non-technical teams.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Understanding of security standards for personal health data (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix.
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization techniques.
- Previous work in healthtech, medtech, or regulated environments.
