- Campaign Development: Conceptualize, launch, and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities aligned with business objectives and seasonal opportunities.
- Multi-channel Communication: Initiate and oversee strategic Push/SMS/Email marketing campaigns with A/B testing methodologies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of marketing initiatives using advanced analytics platforms, producing actionable insights and ROI measurements for stakeholders.
- Product & Pricing Optimization: Implement data-driven assortment planning and dynamic pricing strategies to maintain competitive edge while maximizing margins.

Required Skills & Experience
- Marketing Leadership: Minimum 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, with demonstrated success in driving digital sales growth and team management.
