Senior 1C Developer | Remote ERP Specialist | Montenegro Relocation

We're seeking an experienced Senior 1C Developer to join our innovative team working on sophisticated trading products that power business operations across multiple markets. In this strategic role, you'll leverage your extensive knowledge of the 1C:Enterprise platform to develop, maintain, and optimize business automation solutions for trade management and financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, develop, and provide comprehensive support for software products based on 1C:Enterprise 8.3, including Trade Management, Accounting 3.0, and Payroll systems 2.5/3.1.

- Design and implement new functional modules that enhance the performance and capabilities of our trading platform, ensuring they meet both current and future business requirements.

- Create customized reports and analytics dashboards that deliver actionable business insights for strategic decision-making at all organizational levels.

- Modify configurations according to specific client requirements and evolving business processes, ensuring optimal alignment with operational needs.

- Optimize existing configurations to improve system performance, user experience, and resource utilization across the platform.

- Configure and administer both standard and atypical 1C-based solutions, adapting them to unique business environments.

- Ensure robust data security, integrity, and confidentiality across all platforms through implementation of industry best practices and protocols.

- Develop seamless integrations with third-party applications, websites, and services via RESTful APIs and other integration methods.

- Participate in system upgrades and migrations to newer versions of 1C configurations, minimizing disruption to business operations.

- Provide comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge transfer to team members to ensure continuity and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a 1C Developer with deep knowledge of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and its architectural principles.

- Strong proficiency in implementing and customizing 1C solutions: Trade Management, Accounting 3.0, Payroll 2.5 and 3.1, and Management of Corporate Finance.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems based on 1C platform, including configuration, customization, and user training.

- Demonstrated ability to develop complex custom modules and functionalities that address specific business requirements.

- Expertise in 1C server administration, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in various deployment scenarios.

- Thorough understanding of database management principles related to 1C implementations, including optimization techniques.

- Problem-solving mindset with analytical approach to business process optimization and automation challenges.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with 1C ERP (Corporate Architecture) implementations in mid-to-large-scale business environments.

- Successful track record in migration projects to newer versions of 1C configurations with minimal business disruption.

- English language proficiency for reading technical documentation and effective business communication with stakeholders.

- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and best practices including Agile/Scrum frameworks.

- Experience with web services and REST API development in the 1C environment for seamless system integration.

- Understanding of retail and wholesale trading business processes and their implementation in automated systems.

- Familiarity with cloud deployment models for 1C solutions and related security considerations.
