Senior 1C EDT/Git Developer | Remote ERP Implementation Expert

We're looking for a talented Senior 1C Developer to join our global team on a fully remote basis. You'll be instrumental in implementing 1C:ERP solutions, designing integration mechanisms, and optimizing high-load systems while working with cutting-edge technologies. This position requires someone who can think strategically about enterprise architecture while delivering practical implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of enterprise-level 1C solutions including 1C:ERP 2.5, 1C:ERP Management Holding 3.0 (1C:MDM, 1C:TOIR, 1C:DO, Axelot WMS). - Design and develop functional components of implemented systems using EDT 2023.1 with best practices in mind. - Engineer robust integration mechanisms and data exchange solutions between disparate systems. - Work with decision support systems, Scrum/Kanban methodologies, and Postgres SQL 15+ databases. - Optimize high-load systems and perform code refactoring to ensure maximum performance in production environments. - Contribute to the maintenance of systems running on Astra Linux SE 1.7 and integrate solutions using Datareon Platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a CI/CD environment utilizing GitLab 16.0+, Jenkins 2.4+, and SonarQube 10.0+. - Develop and execute comprehensive unit and smoke tests using VanessaFramework with detailed reporting. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for 1C development. Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a 1C developer with demonstrable results. - Strong knowledge of one or more typical 1C configurations: 1C:ERP 2.5+, 1C:Management Holding 3.0+. - Proficiency with 1C:BSP (Basic Styles and Patterns) library and framework architecture. - Expert understanding of 1C:Enterprise 8.3.22+ platform capabilities and limitations. - Hands-on experience with Enterprise Development Tools (EDT) 2022.2 or newer versions. - Solid Git version control knowledge, branch strategies, and merge conflict resolution techniques. - Linux operating system experience, particularly with enterprise distributions like Astra Linux. - Understanding of 1C platform interaction with DBMS for performance optimization, including query plan analysis. - Knowledge of common causes of non-optimal query performance and methods for their optimization through indexing and query restructuring. - Ability to implement data exchanges using standard mechanisms (Web Services, REST API, Native), KD2/3 protocols with security best practices. Nice to Have: - Experience with automated build and testing pipelines using Jenkins for continuous integration. - SonarQube code quality assurance expertise and establishing quality gates. - Previous work on SAP to 1C migration projects with data transformation patterns. - Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations serving 1000+ concurrent users. - Understanding of security practices in 1C systems including role-based access control. - Familiarity with Docker containerization for 1C development environments and deployments. - Experience with performance profiling and solving complex performance bottlenecks.
