Senior 1C ERP Analyst | Remote Trading Systems | Relocation
Are you an experienced 1C Analyst seeking to elevate your career within sophisticated trading systems? Our international company is searching for a talented 1C ERP Analyst to join our technical team and work on our advanced trading product. In this role, you'll implement 1C ERP and Payroll solutions, collaborate with key business stakeholders, and drive process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of comprehensive 1C ERP and Payroll systems for our trading operations.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders to gather essential business process information.
- Analyze complex business requirements and develop detailed project documentation using modern tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Create precise technical specifications for 1C developers based on evolving business needs.
- Monitor development timelines and enforce quality assurance metrics for assigned tasks.
- Participate in rigorous testing of newly developed functionality before deployment to production environments.
- Provide expert consulting support to system users across various departments.
- Develop clear operational documentation and comprehensive user instructions for different stakeholder groups.
- Guide pilot projects from initial concept through successful implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate effectively with international team members using professional communication skills.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in a 1C technical support or analyst role.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating technical requirements for 1C developers and reviewing their implementation.
- Practical experience in accepting development results and participating in functionality testing.
- Strong SQL knowledge for effective data manipulation, analysis, and reporting needs.
- Experience developing comprehensive project documentation and intuitive user instructions.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, personnel accounting, finance, and corporate budgeting.
- Pre-intermediate to Intermediate English language proficiency for effective international communication.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for successful stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully to team objectives.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with modern development tools such as Visual Studio, Jira, Confluence, and LeanIX.
