Senior Amazon Brand Manager | Remote E-commerce Specialist
Are you an experienced Amazon marketplace specialist with a proven track record of growing brands and optimizing e-commerce performance? Our growing team is seeking a dedicated Amazon Account Brand Management and Development Manager to oversee all aspects of our Amazon seller operations and drive significant revenue growth across our product portfolio.
About The Role
As our Amazon Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance our brand presence, optimize product listings, and maximize sales performance on the Amazon marketplace. Working remotely with our Project Manager and Designer, you'll have a direct impact on our e-commerce success through data-driven decisions and marketplace expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon marketplace strategies to increase brand visibility, sales volume, and market share.
- Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central accounts, including inventory management, fulfillment options, and customer service metrics.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize product listings to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
- Create and optimize A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content, and Storefront designs to strengthen brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) through Amazon Brand Analytics and third-party tools.
- Plan and manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Track listing indexing and optimize backend search terms to improve organic search visibility.
- Identify competitive advantages and implement strategies to outperform marketplace competitors.
- Stay current with Amazon's algorithm updates, policy changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling product descriptions and visuals.
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings, implementing strategies to improve product performance.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of direct experience managing brands on Amazon marketplaces.
- Demonstrated success with Amazon SEO, PPC campaign management, and listing optimization.
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Brand Registry, and Amazon Advertising Console.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting Amazon Brand Analytics data.
- Excellent understanding of Amazon's A9 algorithm and ranking factors.
- Experience working with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) models.
- Advanced knowledge of keyword research and implementation strategies specific to Amazon.
- Proficient in monitoring and improving key Amazon performance metrics (conversion rate, BSR, etc.).
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform) for programmatic advertising.
- Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces (EU, UK, Canada, etc.).
- Experience with Amazon Live, Posts, or other newer Amazon marketing features.
- Understanding of inventory forecasting and supply chain management.
- Experience with product sourcing and vendor relations.
- Certification in Amazon advertising or e-commerce management.
