About the Role:

In this remote position, you'll leverage your technical background and business analysis expertise to shape the future of our Android applications. Working closely with our Android development team, you'll analyze requirements, create detailed specifications, and help optimize the user experience of our mobile products across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Android applications using modern requirement gathering techniques.

- Create comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for development teams.

- Serve as the key liaison between international clients, stakeholders, and our Android development team.

- Develop wireframes, user flows, and process diagrams to communicate complex application behaviors.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis of Android applications in our industry.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.

- Validate that developed Android features meet defined requirements through thorough testing.

- Ensure application compliance with Google Play Store policies and latest Android platform guidelines.

- Contribute to product roadmap development with actionable insights from user feedback and market trends.

- Support the QA team in creating comprehensive test plans based on documented requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within the IT industry.

- Demonstrable experience working with Android applications, either as a developer or analyst.

- In-depth understanding of the Android platform (versions 13-15), capabilities, and constraints.

- Strong technical background with the ability to understand Android development concepts and architecture.

- Experience working directly with Android development teams and understanding their workflows.

- Proven track record of working with international clients across different time zones.

- Proficiency with business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Lucidchart.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and relevant certifications preferred.

- Excellent analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving.

- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and process diagrams for mobile applications.

Nice to Have:

- Previous experience as an Android developer or in a technical role within mobile development.

- Knowledge of Kotlin or Java programming fundamentals.

- Familiarity with Material Design principles and mobile UX/UI best practices.

- Understanding of API integration and backend requirements for mobile applications.

- Experience with analytics tools to measure and analyze mobile application performance.

- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other relevant business analysis certifications.

- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or healthcare industries.
