We're seeking an accomplished B2B Marketing Assistant to join our forward-thinking remote team. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support comprehensive marketing projects, including meticulous documentation preparation, milestone tracking, and delivering analytical reports to key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research and manage complex data sets, including customer analytics, competitor intelligence, industry trends, and targeted company contact databases.
- Configure and maintain advanced digital marketing tools, including HubSpot CRM (2023 version), MailChimp email automation sequences, Google Analytics 4, and other contemporary marketing technology platforms.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, including rigorous proofreading for technical accuracy and brand consistency, strategic publishing across appropriate channels, and performance tracking.
- Support specialized marketing teams with SEO implementation, including systematic keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and structured data markup for enhanced search visibility.
- Assist with targeted social media marketing campaigns across relevant B2B platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content calendar management, post creation, and engagement analysis.
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights based on data analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with demonstrated project coordination abilities and successful campaign execution history.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot (certification preferred) and MailChimp, including experience setting up workflows and performance tracking.
- Practical understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Proven experience with social media marketing strategies specifically for B2B audiences, with understanding of platform-specific approaches and content formats.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in marketing data collection, analysis, and creating actionable reports that inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail for content proofreading and ability to maintain consistent brand voice.
