Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to increase conversion rates from registration to first deposit across all web platforms.

- Drive growth in website-based user registrations through optimization and enhanced user experience.

- Conduct product performance measurements including funnel analysis, speed tests, and behavior tracking.

- Execute market research using A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and behavioral analysis.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback and sales insights to inform product development.

- Perform regular competitive research to identify market trends and differentiation opportunities.

- Define and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on impact and resource constraints.

- Collaborate with development teams from requirements definition through successful deployment.

- Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment on product direction.

- Oversee access management systems to maintain security while enabling appropriate functionality.

- Provide responsive support to product users and develop solutions to enhance user experience.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years product management experience with B2C websites across desktop and mobile platforms.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven knowledge of internet marketing principles with demonstrable implementation success.

- Strong proficiency in SEO techniques with evidence of improved search rankings.

- Clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and their impact on engagement metrics.

- Advanced experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.

- Practical experience implementing Agile methodologies including sprint planning.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

- Polished presentation skills for communicating complex concepts to various audiences.

- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams including developers and designers.
