About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our global team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this remote position, you'll analyze complex business requirements, design efficient processes, and help define our IT landscape strategy. 

Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering innovative cellular communications and digital services to our customers worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of product business requirements, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.

- Collect, document, and formalize detailed product requirements from stakeholders using industry-standard methodologies and tools.

- Design and refine business processes with consideration to organizational structure, customer needs, and partner relationships.

- Create detailed system designs incorporating user scenarios, information flows, and data models that align with business objectives.

- Contribute to defining the strategic development roadmap for the company's IT landscape and digital architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

- Identify potential risks and dependencies in proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies.


Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in telecom, fintech, or commerce domains.

- Proven expertise in UML (Unified Modeling Language) for visualizing system designs and requirements.

- Working knowledge of TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) and Archimate notation for enterprise architecture design.

- Demonstrated experience building large-scale entity models, organizational business process models, and comprehensive UseCase models.

- Familiarity with TMForum TAM+SID frameworks or similar industry models (IBM, etc.) for telecommunications business processes.

- Deep understanding of telecom, fintech, and commerce subject areas, including regulatory considerations and market dynamics.

- Strong knowledge of customer service processes specifically within telecom or fintech sectors.

- Experience working with billing systems, payment processing platforms, or banking transaction systems.

- Proven track record in creating and implementing integrated solutions that connect multiple systems and business units.

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and systemic thinking.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with related tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).


Nice to Have

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), TOGAF, or PMI-PBA.

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).

- Knowledge of SQL and database design concepts.

- Experience working with APIs and understanding of service-oriented architecture.

- Background in digital transformation initiatives or large-scale system implementations.

- Multilingual capabilities, especially in regions where our company operates.

- Experience with requirements management tools like RequisitePro, DOORS, or similar.

- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in telecom or fintech domains.
