Senior Data Scientist / Real Estate Analytics / Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated predictive models using Python and SQL to analyze market trends and property valuations.
- Identify anomalies, dependencies, and patterns in large real estate datasets to uncover valuable business insights.
- Build and maintain comprehensive analytical dashboards in Power BI and DataLens with clear visualization of key performance indicators.
- Translate complex business problems into well-defined analytical questions and generate testable hypotheses.
- Assess current data warehouse architecture and propose optimization strategies to enhance data accessibility.
- Research, select, and fine-tune machine learning models tailored to specific challenges in the real estate sector.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experiment design to validate business hypotheses with statistical confidence.
- Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels, including executive management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that directly impact business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming (Python 3.11+), including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Advanced SQL knowledge with experience querying complex databases and optimizing data retrieval.
- Demonstrated expertise with spreadsheet applications including Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proven track record applying machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and DataLens.
- Solid statistical foundation, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent ability to formulate analytical hypotheses and design experiments to validate them.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business language.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
