Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain complex T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers with exceptional performance characteristics.
- Lead comprehensive database performance tuning initiatives—implementing strategic indexing, query optimization, and execution plan analysis.
- Establish forward-thinking database standards, governance frameworks, and architectural patterns.
- Create meticulously detailed data models and entity relationship diagrams that balance normalization principles with performance requirements.
- Implement robust database security measures including data encryption, access control matrices, and audit mechanisms.
- Architect fault-tolerant high-availability solutions leveraging Always On Availability Groups, failover clustering, and disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Database Architect or Senior Database Administrator.
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server (2019, 2022) architecture, internals, and administration.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with T-SQL coding, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated expertise in query optimization, execution plan analysis, and database performance engineering.
