Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on IT experience

to join a dynamic and growing IT team of the company specializes in Integrated IT solutions for data security, compliance and support.

The ideal candidate will lead projects with strong client added value and is a self-driven expert in

Microsoft enterprise environments—On-Premise & Public Cloud-based—with a strong command

of Exchange, Active Directory, virtualization, scripting, and automated user migrations. This role

involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing resilient hybrid infrastructure solutions that

support business continuity and modern workplace enablement.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Windows-based infrastructure systems (BOTH On-Prem

and Azure/M365).

• Design, administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP,

and Exchange 2016/2019.

• Lead and participate in scripted email migration projects (on-prem ↔ O365; cross-

organization or AD forest).

• Build up, maintain and optimize virtualized corporate environement based on vSphere,

Hyper-V, etc…

• Develop and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting or other scripting languages

suitable for automation.

• Implement and support Terminal Services environments, including but not limited to

Azure VD, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Remote Desktop Services, or Parallels RAS.

• Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades, migration, and deployment projects across

locations.

• Advise on optimal system performance and availability, troubleshoot issues during

project, and perform capacity planning.

• Ensure adherence to security best practices, including but not limited to patch

management and identity protection.

• Document configurations, changes, processes, and technical standards.

• Work collaboratively across departments to support deployment and infrastructure

lifecycle activities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure roles, including systems engineering and support.

• Proven expertise in:

- Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments: Technical know-how and Licensing/Pricing

model knowledge

- Exchange Server 2016/2019 (deployment, maintenance, and migrations).

- Active Directory design, management and troubleshooting.

- VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V and any 3rd-party corporate-oriented hypervisors

- PowerShell scripting for automation and task orchestration.

- Terminal services and VDI both on-premise and in the Cloud.

• Experience with hybrid Exchange setups and email migrations between O365 tenants and on-

premises

• Comfortable working independently and managing infrastructure projects end-to-end in full

autonomy.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft on-premise and Azure/M365 Public Cloud certifications (e.g., MS-100, AZ-104,

Exchange Specialist).

• Comfortable with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls).

• Experience with ticketing and project/change management systems.

• Day-to-day exposure to backup solutions (e.g., Veeam) and monitoring platforms.

Work Conditions:

• Primarily remote work; must be available for in-office presence in Dubai or Geneva when

needed.

• Flexibility to participate in off-hours maintenance windows if required.

Location: Close to the UAE (Dubai office) or Switzerland (Geneva office)
