Key Responsibilities - Architect comprehensive cloud solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services (Azure 2023+), incorporating both IaaS and PaaS offerings for optimal performance and scalability. - Develop meticulous technical documentation, including detailed architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and migration strategies aligned with industry best practices. - Conduct thorough assessments of existing environments and propose sophisticated optimization approaches that align with business objectives and technical requirements. - Deploy and configure Office 365 services—particularly Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams—with attention to security, governance, and user experience. - Implement nuanced identity management solutions leveraging Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory infrastructure for seamless authentication and authorization. - Design and execute server virtualization strategies, facilitating smooth transitions from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms. - Provide authoritative technical guidance to implementation teams throughout project lifecycles, ensuring architectural integrity is maintained. - Ensure all architectural solutions adhere to industry security standards and relevant compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). - Collaborate synergistically with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives and long-term technology roadmaps. Required Skills - Minimum 5 years' experience as a Solutions Architect with demonstrated focus on Microsoft technologies and cloud infrastructure. - Profound expertise with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Security Center/Defender. - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments (2019/2022) and server management strategies. - Sophisticated understanding of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory implementation, including advanced identity management concepts and hybrid configurations. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange Server deployment and migration strategies to Exchange Online, including hybrid deployments. - Mastery of server virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Machines, with experience in high-availability configurations. - Demonstrated proficiency implementing and managing the Office 365 suite (E3/E5 licenses) across medium to large organizations. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration, including governance, compliance features, and integration capabilities. - Substantive experience with OneDrive implementation, including security configurations, sharing policies, and user adoption methodologies.
