Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with healthcare executives to uncover operational challenges and define problem domains requiring D365 interventions.

- Orchestrate comprehensive audits of existing Dynamics 365 configurations, revealing inefficiencies and compliance gaps.

- Architect robust technical solutions leveraging the full Dynamics 365 ecosystem and Azure cloud infrastructure.

- Craft meticulously detailed audit reports and solution proposals that balance technical excellence with business objectives

- Configure and customize D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to address unique healthcare workflows.

- Design seamless integration pathways between Dynamics 365 and disparate healthcare systems – from EHRs to specialized clinical applications.

- Spearhead implementation teams while fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders across organizational hierarchies.

- Ensure all solutions adhere to stringent healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, HITRUST).

- Optimize D365 performance within Azure environments, considering security, scalability, and disaster recovery scenarios.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior architects and developers, elevating overall team capabilities.


Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions – with demonstrable success in complex, enterprise-scale deployments.

- Profound understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Finance and Operations 10.0.32+, Supply Chain.

- Management, Sales, Customer Service) and their healthcare-specific applications.

- Extensive expertise in Azure cloud technologies that complement D365 implementations – including Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Functions.

- Advanced proficiency in multiple programming paradigms: C# (.NET 8+), JavaScript (ES2023+), and T-SQL for sophisticated customization and integration scenarios.

- Mastery of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for extending D365 capabilities and enhancing data visualization.

- Verifiable experience implementing Dynamics 365 within regulated healthcare or life science environments.

- Comprehensive grasp of healthcare data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks as they apply to enterprise systems.

- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities – with ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

- Proven leadership acumen and interpersonal finesse for guiding cross-functional teams through challenging implementation phases.

- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and verbal communication).

- L4/L5 security clearance eligibility (Microsoft Graph for US Government).
