Senior Remote Scrum Master | Agile Coach | Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sprint planning, scope definition, and timeline management to ensure predictable delivery cycles.
- Facilitate effective daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings that drive continuous improvement.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks and methodologies, helping them understand and apply Scrum principles effectively.
- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts that hinder team productivity or product development.
- Serve as a servant leader, fostering self-organization and empowering team members to take ownership.
- Facilitate internal communication and cross-team collaboration to enhance organizational agility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, refine user stories, and prioritize new requests.
- Implement change management strategies that help teams adapt to evolving requirements and methodologies.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the conclusion of each sprint through proper definition of done and acceptance criteria.
- Guide development teams toward higher Scrum maturity and self-organization capabilities.
- Create a productive environment where team members genuinely "own" the product and enjoy their work.
- Track and report on sprint metrics to demonstrate progress and identify improvement opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role with demonstrated success in guiding development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and ceremonies including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence for Agile project management.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills with the ability to engage teams effectively in a remote environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and effective conflict-resolution techniques.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities with attention to detail and process improvement.
- Experience implementing and scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Ability to adapt Agile methodologies to fit team and project needs while maintaining core Scrum values.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in the financial sector (brokers, banks, investment projects, crypto-exchanges) or fintech environment.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
- Experience with distributed/remote team facilitation and virtual collaboration tools.
- Background in technical roles that provides deeper understanding of development challenges.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Additional certifications in related areas such as Product Ownership, Agile Leadership, or Kanban.
- Experience mentoring other Scrum Masters or leading Agile transformation initiatives.
