About the Role
As a Technology R&D Expert, you will lead sophisticated research initiatives that push the boundaries of laser welding technology, power electronics, and software development. Your expertise will directly influence the next generation of high-tech security monitoring products, working at the intersection of hardware and software innovation to create industry-leading solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the application and advancement of laser welding technology, including research and development of state-of-the-art welding machines, cleaning equipment, and precision cutting systems.
- Lead technical research and development efforts for inverter charger technology, with special focus on high-power outdoor charging solutions for security applications.
- Architect and develop sophisticated software systems, including algorithm development, firmware programming, and systems integration for security monitoring equipment.
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams through complex technical challenges and innovative product development cycles.
- Establish technical standards and methodologies for product development within the organization.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless transition from research to production.
- Stay at the forefront of technological advances in relevant fields through continuous research and professional development.
- Author technical documentation, research papers, and patents as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or higher degree in Electronic Applications, Electrical Engineering, or closely related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in laser technology R&D, with demonstrated expertise in application development and systems integration.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in inverter charger technology R&D within industrial settings.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software programming and technical writing for embedded systems.
- Proven track record of successful product development from concept to commercialization.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with industrial automation systems and control software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex R&D projects.
