A company specializing in creating advanced technological solutions adapted to any type and size of business in search of Team Lead backend developer (Python, NodeJS).


Requirements:


  • Experience in software development with at least 7 years.
  • At least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in team management and leading Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Proven experience in backend development and programming languages (especially NodeJs/Python, NoSQL/MongoDB)
  • Expertise in Systems Design and Architecture.
  • Expertise in frontend development, Version Control, Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure, DevOps & CI/CD.
  • Hebrew will be a plus.
