Technical Support Specialist (Dispatch)

Responsibilities:
• Provide first level support for a variety of hardware, software, SaaS and mobile solutions
• Own the customer problem until resolution by keeping the customer informed in a timely manner.
• Proactively anticipate customer needs or problems by listening to all details
• Continually strengthen and improve your customer service skills
• Continuously make improvements and updates to company knowledge base articles
Requirements:
• Technical education in Computer Information Systems, computer Science, or related.
