About you:

• Agile practitioner;
• Proven experience in the role of a Scrum Master;
• Experience in implementing and scaling Agile methodologies;
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban;
• Knowledge of SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Nexus, Spotify or similar scaling agile framework;
• Knowledge of agile software development;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Interpersonal skills and patience;
• Fluent English (Advanced or Proficient).

As an advantage:

• Experience in implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum of Scrums or similar scaling agile framework;
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence;
• Good understanding of software development life cycle;
• Technical background;
• Experience in the Fintech domain;

Responsibilities:

• Coach agile teams in the methodology;
• Integrate and scale agile methodologies within the company;
• Develop standards and requirements for the agile process;
• Provide training to employees on the agile process;
• Help teams navigate agile tools and software;
• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies.

Role Description

Agile Coach has a true passion for agile product development, able to ensure effective outcomes for the organization. As a trusted advisor, Agile Coach helps to build and enhance the agile ways of working across product teams and functional chapters, identifies training needs and conducts workshops to educate teams on agile values, principles, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Introducing and coaching Agile principles and practices across the delivery teams
• Creating and improving Agile processes within product teams
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• Helping teams with delivery forecasts with high quality
• Ready to find and remove impediments
• Improving team collaboration
• Helping Product Owner find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Guiding development teams to higher agile maturity

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required

• 1+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, ideally within a start-up environment
• Experience with multi-team Scrum and Kanban
• Strong facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ideally with technical background
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Higher education
• Advance English, fluent Russian
