Bilingual Project Manager | Pharmaceutical IT | Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of multiple concurrent IT projects from conception to completion.
- Establish and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement efficient project management methodologies aligned with industry standards.
- Transform complex business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
- Ensure solutions meet quality standards following software development lifecycle principles.
- Collaborate with IT architects to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Implement cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Salesforce) supporting business transformation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Articulate project value and maintain alignment between business partners and IT teams.
- Develop and deliver effective project status reports to all levels of management.
- Manage change throughout the project lifecycle with transparent communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor resources for optimal delivery.
- Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure deliverables meet specifications and timelines.
- Monitor project costs and maintain financial accountability.
- Contribute to continuous development of IT PMO practices.
- Identify efficiency opportunities within project management methodologies.
- Introduce innovative approaches to reduce costs and improve productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience as a Solution Delivery Lead or Project Manager.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in end-to-end system development/implementation.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level IT projects, preferably global in scope.
- Experience with pharmaceutical systems implementation (highly valued).
- Proficiency with cloud-based technologies including AWS, Azure, Heroku, or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of C#, Node.js, and modern development frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to design technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce implementation and customization.
- Working knowledge of VEEVA CRM systems and pharmaceutical industry applications.
- Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or equivalent).
- Japanese language capability for effective stakeholder management.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities for navigating complex organizational structures.
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Skilled in project planning, risk assessment, and issue prioritization.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with focus on business impact.
