Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive IT recruitment projects, working directly with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients through both written correspondence and voice interactions to ensure project success.
- Develop relationships with partners, recruiters, and IT specialists to build a robust talent ecosystem that supports organizational objectives.
- Conduct professional interviews and strategic negotiations with candidates and clients, ensuring alignment of expectations and requirements.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, attracting new partners and expanding the recruitment operation's reach and capabilities.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems to track client interactions, recruitment pipelines, and partner relationships effectively.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably within IT recruitment, technical staffing, or related fields.
