Key Responsibilities - Recruit, onboard, and train a high-caliber sales team of 7 professionals. - Set clear targets and oversee daily task execution to reach KPI expectations. - Develop and implement fintech sales strategies for crypto, forex, NFT, and digital trading products. - Monitor sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to optimize performance. - Drive customer acquisition and retention programs to maximize lifetime value. - Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align lead generation and sales campaigns. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, GDPR, and internal policies. - Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback meetings. - Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue, manage budgets, and prepare comprehensive reports. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine approaches and exceed targets. - Foster a culture of motivation, innovation, and accountability within the team. Required Skills - 6+ years in B2B sales, including 3+ years in team leadership roles. - Proven track record in fintech sales, crypto, or forex markets. - Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities with high-value B2B clients. - Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social media prospecting. - Ability to manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and adapt to evolving markets. - Experience with budget management, P&L oversight, and performance metrics. - Professional fluency in English; native or fluent Russian; additional languages advantageous. - Knowledge of GDPR, KYC/KYB processes, and financial services compliance.
